Wash the berries
Warm the sugar in the oven
Bring blueberries and sugar to boil with water
Cook for about 45 minutes, until thick
This is my favourite way to make homemade jam. I don’t warm the sugar, but I do use organic turbinado which gives the same caramel note to the taste.
