Here’s a short day-in-the-life video I’m sharing to celebrate ten years cooking delicious vegan, plant-based food for satisfied clients throughout Palm Beach County.
How my vegan plant based chef journey began:
On New Year’s Day 2012 I made a personal resolution to become more “active” in veganism. I wasn’t really sure what that meant at the time, but I followed this intention to join the Palm Beach County Vegetarian Society, taking time to educate others by distributing leaflets in Miami with Angie, Jen and Boyd– three of the most inspiring and dedicated people I’ve ever met.
I attended meet-ups and vegan potlucks, sharing food with new friends, where I discovered the amazing Dr. Will Tuttle and The World Peace Diet. This adventure in following my inner guide led me ultimately to start my own personal chef business. I have been so greatly rewarded by following my intuition! Thank you from the bottom of my heart, to all who support and encourage me on this journey. I hope your new year brings many blessings.
