Sometimes Vegan Breakfast…

Bagel Nosh: Roasted garlic, Kalamata olives, fresh tomatoes, avocado, Kite Hill vegan cream cheese.

…looks like this.

But more often, especially during the week, it looks like:

Peanut Butter Toast with Maple Syrup Drizzle


Avocado Half with Sea Salt and Black Pepper
Whole Wheat Toast with Hemp Seed Parmesan and Olive Oil
Muesli with Fresh Apples

Now and then, weekend breakfast looks like this:

Roasted potatoes, mushroom gravy, yellow cornmeal grits, tofu scramble

And then, with leftovers…breakfast during the week can sometimes look like:

Tofu Scramble, Tempeh Sausage Gravy, Roasted Potatoes
Mini Tofu Omelette, Waffles from the freezer
Tofu Scramble, Sourdough Toast
