Here’s a simple three-ingredient addition to pizza, pasta, salads, veggies and anywhere else you want a sprinkle of savory flavor.
Hemp Seed Parmesan
¼ cup Hemp seeds (or hearts)
2 tbsp. Nutritional yeast
¼ tsp. Himalayan Pink Salt
Blend all ingredients in a food processor. Store in airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks.
Yumm! This is so delicious! I’ve made this before for vegan caesar salad’s and it tastes close to the real thing <3!

The hemp seed parm tastes mostly like the nooch and a bit of salt. The hemp seeds help to add body and protein to the sprinkle. I don’t find any bitterness at all. A nice flavor overall 🙂
